2023 NCSS Inquiry and Teaching with Primary Sources Summer Institute - Central

There are 2 options for airport transportation to or from your Downtown area hotel.

1. Private non-shared service for up to 5 passengers.
   • ~$70 per van includes gratuity ( Use code NCASS2023 to get 5% off)
   • We will track your flight and your driver will meet you in the baggage claim area when you land. Upon collecting your luggage you will depart immediately and go directly to your hotel.
2. Shared ride
   • Only available for the hotels listed below
   • $25 per passenger -
   • The table below shows the available times and locations available. In the booking tool below select shared ride and your selected pick up time according to your flights.
   • For pickup at the airport we recommend an airport pickup time no less than 30 minutes after your flight arrival to allow for collecting baggage. We will meet you inside between the security door and baggage claim 6  10 minutes before the orange 'depart airport' time. If your flight is delayed we will automatically bump you to the next shared ride departure. If you change flights please let us know so that we can change you to another time slot.
   • For trips back to the airport we recommend arriving at the airport at lease an hour and a half before your flight is scheduled to depart. Using the table below select the best 'arrive at Terminal by' time and then select the earliest pickup window time for that run. We will call you the night before to confirm your ride back to the airport and the specific pickup time in that 30 minute window.

We will confirm your reservation by email and call you the night before to confirm your pickup and we may give you a slightly later pickup time if there are less than expected passengers on that run.
